Product Introduction

Tungsten-copper alloy electrodes are composite metal materials made by combining high-purity tungsten powder and highly conductive, high-plasticity copper powder. They undergo isostatic pressing, high-temperature sintering, and fusion processes to achieve their final form. These electrodes exhibit excellent electrical conductivity, minimal thermal expansion, no softening at high temperatures, high strength, high density, and high hardness.

By combining the superior properties of tungsten and copper, these electrodes offer resistance to high temperatures, arc erosion, and maintain high strength. They also have a high specific gravity, good thermal and electrical conductivity, and are easy to process. Additionally, they possess features such as virtual sweating, along with tungsten’s high hardness, high melting point, and anti-adhesion characteristics. These properties make them ideal for applications requiring wear resistance, high-temperature and low-temperature welding, and use as electrodes in arc welding processes.
