Product Details
Product Introduction
The anode target serves as the anode of X-ray tubes, acting as a core component that accepts electron bombardment to generate X-rays while dissipating heat. Tungsten is commonly used as the target material due to its high melting point, low vapor pressure, and ability to produce X-rays when struck by high-speed electron beams. The addition of rhenium enhances the target’s properties, including strength, toughness, thermal resistance, and precision.
The Uniray new materials’ rotating X-ray anode is composed of a molybdenum alloy substrate and tungsten-rhenium alloy composites. It can be provided with blackening coatings or sandblasting treatments as required. The rotating X-ray anode is fabricated using powder metallurgy methods, ensuring the uniformity of tungsten and rhenium through process control.
