Resistance Welding Electrodes

Resistance Welding Electrodes

Our range of resistance welding electrodes includes two main categories: tungsten-copper composite electrodes and electrodes made from other materials, suitable for various resistance welding applications.

Tungsten-Copper Composite Electrodes

Tungsten-copper composite electrodes combine the high melting point of tungsten with the excellent electrical conductivity of copper. They feature:

  • High electrical and thermal conductivity to ensure stability and efficiency during welding
  • High melting point and resistance to arc erosion, extending electrode life
  • Outstanding mechanical strength and wear resistance, adapting to various welding environments
  • Compatibility with a wide range of resistance welding equipment and materials

Electrodes Made from Other Materials

In addition to tungsten-copper composite electrodes, we also offer electrodes made from special materials to meet specific application requirements:

  • Tungsten-lanthanum electrodes: Improved arc initiation performance and reduced operating temperature
  • Tungsten-cerium electrodes: Enhanced arc stability and extended electrode life
  • Tungsten-thorium electrodes: Increased electron emission rate and improved welding efficiency

All electrode products can be customized according to specific customer requirements, including special requests for size, shape, and material.
